All disabled people who employ, or who are thinking of employing, their own Personal Assistants are welcome to join the Being the Boss community. The site is NOT for social workers, care agencies, occupational therapists, insurance companies, equipment suppliers etc as it is intended to provide peer support. However, if you are a private individual who is supporting a disabled person who is employing, or thinking of employing, Personal Assistants, you are also welcome.
