“At this open meeting we will be bringing together disabled people, family, carers and allies to co-ordinate our fight back against the increasing threats to choice and control for disabled people.
We will be focusing on disabled people’s rights to Independent Living and the systemic failings that are putting those rights at risk.

Bristol’s proposed ‘Fair and Affordable’ care policy and its wider repercussions.
The immorality and unlawfulness of social care policy and practice nationally.
A pathway for fighting back together including an alternative ‘People’s Policy’ for Bristol and beyond.
A positive future vision for social care including a National Independent Living Service.
